A sloppy throw-in by Chorche Torrescassana in the 42nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by New Joinville - FSCMZ's Chiquinho de Amorim.

Josu Mendibuey might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustavo Gustavson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Josu Mendibuey ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 64th minute, Ateş Direnç got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Golden Dragón F.C's Gaitano Reza was substituted for Edelmiro Diz. Golden Dragón F.C made a substitution.
