Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fermín Buendia started the match with the kick off. Gustavo Gustavson made a fantastic save in the 2nd minute, when Jarle Westby sent off a good shot on target. 10 minutes into the match, New Joinville - FSCMZ's Ateş Direnç sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enrique Belo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Enrique Belo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fermín Buendia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Ateş Direnç managed to get in a good position for a shot. New Joinville - FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Ateş Direnç was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Belo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The corner ended in Daniel Arce almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but New Joinville - FSCMZ's Gustavo Gustavson did a great save. If Durmuş Öner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Suleskard's Enrique Belo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ateş Direnç in the 32nd minute of play. Durmuş Öner who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Gustavo Gustavson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gustavo Gustavson came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Suleskard's Jarle Westby. But to his dismay, Jarle Westby quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 40thth minute of the game Daniel Arce who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but New Joinville - FSCMZ's Gustavo Gustavson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. New Joinville - FSCMZ were furious when Siro Javiero was red carded, 42 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 42nd minute, one of New Joinville - FSCMZ:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for New Joinville - FSCMZ. In the 46th match minute, Suleskard was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Arce to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Jarle Westby made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to New Joinville - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Fermín Buendia hit a great ball. Gustavo Gustavson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Durmuş Öner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 52 minutes, Jarle Westby managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Suleskard's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jarle Westby was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xandinho Thuram charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xandinho Thuram the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rd match minute, New Joinville - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xandinho Thuram to maneuver through the defense. 56 minutes into the match, Durmuş Öner had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gustavo Gustavson. New Joinville - FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Durmuş Öner was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After 60 played minutes Suleskard got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Emesto. In the 61st minute, a hard, long distance shot from Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. Gustavo Gustavson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarle Westby in the 65th minute of play. The supporters of Suleskard booed when New Joinville - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ademir Breckenfeld didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gustavo Gustavson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Arce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustavo Gustavson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jarle Westby went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Gustavo Gustavson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarle Westby in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarle Westby in the 83rd minute of play forced New Joinville - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Gustavo Gustavson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustavo Gustavson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Emesto, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Suleskard walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
