Janusz Puchlik's late challenge caught a Maravilla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Janusz Puchlik helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Zielonka Gdansk's Janusz Puchlik got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Simon Rameriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Ciempa having to interfere. Krzysztof Kluska took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Herminio Iyan. Herminio Iyan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 19 minutes into the match, Robertas Lewandowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Herminio Iyan. Maravilla's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robertas Lewandowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 26 minutes into the match, Maravilla's goal looked a bit too open when Robertas Lewandowski came free, but Herminio Iyan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, Guido Rodríguez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maravilla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zielonka Gdansk the free kick. 30 minutes into the match, Maravilla's goal looked a bit too open when Robertas Lewandowski came free, but Herminio Iyan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herminio Iyan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robertas Lewandowski in the 36th minute of play. Maravilla's Guido Rodríguez got his second yellow card of the match in the 38th minute. The referee ordered Guido Rodríguez off the ground. A collision led to Maravilla getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Guido Rodríguez hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the match, Maravilla's goal looked a bit too open when Krzysztof Kluska came free, but Herminio Iyan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariusz Borowski kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vladimiro Ondino to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Maravilla's Cornelio Arlo got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 53rd match minute, Maravilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Rameriz to maneuver through the defense. When Robertas Lewandowski came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Zielonka Gdansk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robertas Lewandowski couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Zielonka Gdansk booed when Maravilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelio Arlo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 66 minutes into the game, Cornelio Arlo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maravilla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zielonka Gdansk the free kick. A nice corner shot did that Gilbert Marchewka got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Herminio Iyan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Marek Mojsiewicz came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Zielonka Gdansk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marek Mojsiewicz couldn't finish the play. If Janusz Puchlik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute Robertas Lewandowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herminio Iyan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute of the match, Robertas Lewandowski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Herminio Iyan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Zachariasz Penczkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The Maravilla fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Zielonka Gdansk were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
