Elias Löfgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nichifor Vergulescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. IzmirFK's Elias Löfgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augustin Nechifor in the 8th minute of play. Elias Löfgren came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Steaua Pildesti's Augustin Nechifor. But to his dismay, Augustin Nechifor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Elias Löfgren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nichifor Vergulescu's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Elias Löfgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augustin Nechifor in the 17th minute of the match. After 18 played minutes IzmirFK got a freekick which was hit by Oskar Thorsberg. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Augustin Nechifor put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Elias Löfgren. 33 minutes into the match, Augustin Nechifor notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of IzmirFK's Elias Löfgren. Elias Löfgren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augustin Nechifor in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elias Löfgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nichifor Vergulescu in the 40th minute of play forced IzmirFK's goalkeeper Elias Löfgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46thth minute of the game Augustin Nechifor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IzmirFK's Elias Löfgren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A nice corner shot did that Valer Cobâlcescu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Elias Löfgren quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After the first half FC Steaua Pildesti were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Augustin Nechifor made a kick off. After 55 minutes, Augustin Nechifor made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. IzmirFK's Elias Löfgren tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Traian Roşu charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Traian Roşu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Elias Löfgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costin Iorgu, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After 71 minutes of play, FC Steaua Pildesti's Nichifor Vergulescu made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elias Löfgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! IzmirFK's Elias Löfgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save IzmirFK from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 77 in the game by Augustin Nechifor from a close distance when the talented Elias Löfgren managed to make a qualified save. IzmirFK's players were relieved. Elias Löfgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costin Iorgu in the 81st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Steaua Pildesti's Augustin Nechifor slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Elias Löfgren. That made the score 0-11 after 87 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augustin Nechifor got free with Elias Löfgren in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 96 minutes into the match, IzmirFK's goalkeeper Elias Löfgren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Augustin Nechifor. FC Steaua Pildesti's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
