After a rather tough play, Academica Pulheim's Hannes Steckamp got a free kick in the 5th minute. Kranji Crunchy were furious when Komang Latuperisa was red carded, 8 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hannes Steckamp in the 15th minute of play forced Kranji Crunchy's goalkeeper Anwar Antoni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the game, Academica Pulheim's Florian Schulitz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anwar Antoni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Anwar Antoni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ambrosius Hirz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Febri Kili-kili fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kranji Crunchy's protests and gave Febri Kili-kili a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Kranji Crunchy getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Febri Kili-kili hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the game, Academica Pulheim's Conny Stober nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anwar Antoni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Anwar Antoni didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 32nd minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. In the 35th minute Florian Schulitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anwar Antoni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Schulitz in the 40th minute of play forced Kranji Crunchy's goalkeeper Anwar Antoni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44thth minute of the game Emmanuel Komara who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Academica Pulheim's Dariusz Wieberneit was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Kranji Crunchy's Anwar Antoni got control of the ball when Jari Anzengruber tried to sneak it across the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emmanuel Komara made a kick off. Muladi Leonard charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Muladi Leonard the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 52 played minutes Kranji Crunchy got a freekick which was hit by Muladi Leonard. 61 minutes into the match, Academica Pulheim's goalkeeper Dariusz Wieberneit had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Muladi Leonard. Dariusz Wieberneit stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Muladi Leonard's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Anwar Antoni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hannes Steckamp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anwar Antoni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jari Anzengruber, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Kranji Crunchy's Anwar Antoni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hannes Steckamp in the 71st minute of play. Academica Pulheim made a substitution. Noel Schaffert replaced Jari Anzengruber. After 72 played minutes Kranji Crunchy got a freekick which was hit by Febri Kili-kili. In the 75th minute Jimmy Pinder suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 76 played minutes Kranji Crunchy got a freekick which was hit by Emmanuel Komara. Noel Schaffert took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Anwar Antoni. Kranji Crunchy's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Anwar Antoni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rainer Stuntebeck in the 85th minute of the match. Anwar Antoni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rainer Stuntebeck in the 93rd minute of play. Anwar Antoni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florian Schulitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 96 played minutes Kranji Crunchy got a freekick which was hit by Panda Handoko. When the referee ended the match the Academica Pulheim players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
