Bebeto Campidelis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Minichiello in the 16th minute of the match. Armando Polidori was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bebeto Campidelis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Alfonsi, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberigo Gianfrancesco in the 44th minute of play forced Divina Comédia FC's goalkeeper Bebeto Campidelis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bebeto Campidelis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Alfonsi, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After recieving a nice pass, XMAS's Alessandro Vettori tried to score from far away in the 57th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, XMAS's Ciccio Capaldo got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute Pedrão Paraense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Polidori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th match minute, Divina Comédia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vito Arruda to maneuver through the defense. Bebeto Campidelis was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Alberigo Gianfrancesco capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Divina Comédia FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Alberigo Gianfrancesco scored to the left of an out of position Bebeto Campidelis, making the score, 1-6. A collision led to Divina Comédia FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Arthur Barbosa hit a great ball. XMAS's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
