In the 2nd minute, Celedonio Cordareo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dennis Urbani was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Diego Balendin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 13 minutes into the match, Diego Balendin notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of XMAS's Dennis Urbani. Dennis Urbani was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Celedonio Cordareo in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dennis Urbani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Victor Belmiro hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enzo Alfonsi got free with Anier Oidor in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Celedonio Cordareo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of San Lorenzo booed when XMAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabrizio Eboli didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute Celedonio Cordareo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dennis Urbani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Diego Balendin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the match, XMAS's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Cordareo came free, but Dennis Urbani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When San Lorenzo's Diego Balendin in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye XMAS's goalie prevented a goal. When Fabrizio Eboli was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 30 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, XMAS's Enzo Alfonsi got a free kick in the 40th minute. 41 minutes into the match, XMAS's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Cordareo came free, but Dennis Urbani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 43 minutes into the game, San Lorenzo's Diego Balendin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dennis Urbani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4.

The wind increased when Fabrizio Cremonese made the kick off in the second half. Dennis Urbani came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by San Lorenzo's Arnaldo Bide. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Bide quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. In the 57th match minute, XMAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anfilogino Di Nino to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to XMAS getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Anfilogino Di Nino hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in XMAS's zone, Celedonio Cordareo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dennis Urbani came out of the goal and Celedonio Cordareo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 64th minute, Luciano Urki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind San Lorenzo's goalkeeper Anier Oidor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Anier Oidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Pallotta in the 70th minute of play. Cipriano Abad kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. With a little luck, XMAS's Dennis Urbani got control of the ball when Celedonio Cordareo tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Arnaldo Bide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celedonio Cordareo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
