In the 7th minute, Tadeo Ignado made a precise shot to the right of Thomas Hägglund. Onsala Ass Kickers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Thomas Hägglund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tadeo Ignado went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 14th minute of the match Reinaldo Merlo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Thomas Hägglund showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Onsala Ass Kickers's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeo Ignado came free, but Thomas Hägglund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thomas Hägglund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Ignado in the 27th minute of play. Tadeo Ignado took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thomas Hägglund. Thomas Hägglund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Thomas Hägglund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Ignado in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Jonatán Maidana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, River CBBA's Nemesio Abella got control of the ball when Sivert Hellsing tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tadeo Ignado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thomas Hägglund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd minute River CBBA were awarded a corner. Reinaldo Merlo went to the cornerflag to take it. River CBBA's Reinaldo Merlo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Thomas Hägglund in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thomas Hägglund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeo Ignado, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Emanuel Kilström kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The Onsala Ass Kickers players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. River CBBA were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sivert Hellsing made a kick off. Onsala Ass Kickers's attentive Johannes Stenberg managed to snatch the ball when Fernanco Abarca made a throw-in in the 54th minute of the game. Thomas Hägglund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeo Ignado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes into the match, Sivert Hellsing notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of River CBBA's Nemesio Abella. Nemesio Abella was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 61 minutes into the match, Tadeo Ignado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thomas Hägglund. Onsala Ass Kickers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tadeo Ignado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. 66 minutes into the match, Tadeo Ignado dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thomas Hägglund, 1-5. River CBBA's Ricardo Rojas was substituted for Fabián Basualdo. A collision led to Onsala Ass Kickers getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Åke Biörkquist hit a great ball. 85 minutes into the match, Tadeo Ignado dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thomas Hägglund, 1-7. River CBBA's António Alzamendi was substituted for Tadeo Ignado. In the 90th minute, Fernanco Abarca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Onsala Ass Kickers's Thomas Hägglund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by António Alzamendi in the 93rd minute of play. After having played for 95 minutes, Cheng Ang Ning managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. River CBBA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cheng Ang Ning was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched River CBBA eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
