Efrain Tabby took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tommy Strömbom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mi querida Fabiola's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vidar Bjurström was slow to take the kick. During this time spikarna's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on spikarna's corner Vidar Bjurström fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Efrain Tabby quite easily take care of the ball. Efrain Tabby didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonas Nordström went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. With a little luck, spikarna's Samuel Enström got control of the ball when Flavio Vigil tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 22nd play minutes Tommy Strömbom shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Efrain Tabby and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 24th minute, Benigno Victoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Tommy Strömbom put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Efrain Tabby. Benigno Victoro kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After 32 played minutes Mi querida Fabiola got a freekick which was hit by Flavio Vigil. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonas Nordström in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Efrain Tabby prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When spikarna's Jonas Nordström in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mi querida Fabiola's goalie prevented a goal. 40 minutes into the match, Mi querida Fabiola's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Nordström came free, but Efrain Tabby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Nordström might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Efrain Tabby. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jonas Nordström ran back to his position shaking his head. Efrain Tabby stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonas Nordström's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute, Jim Tönnberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evelio Mikelar to make the kick off. Tommy Strömbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Efrain Tabby tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. spikarna's Jonas Nordström was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 57th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. With his leg Efrain Tabby managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when spikarna's Jonas Nordström fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, Mi querida Fabiola's Efrain Tabby got control of the ball when Jonas Nordström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sven-Olof Petersson hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the match, spikarna's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Vigil came free, but Samuel Enström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Nordström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Efrain Tabby made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Efrain Tabby successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience was convinced that Jonas Nordström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Efrain Tabby was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. The supporters of Mi querida Fabiola booed when spikarna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walter Asklöv didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ceferino Belmiro charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ceferino Belmiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Tommy Strömbom came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the spikarna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tommy Strömbom couldn't finish the play. The Mi querida Fabiola fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. spikarna were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
