Esteban Iigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Gol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Esteban Iigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gökhun Ereken in the 8th minute of play. If Gustavo Gol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Esteban Iigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Gustavo Gol scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Esteban Iigo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Gol in the 16th minute of play forced Branco FC's goalkeeper Esteban Iigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Gökhun Ereken cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Esteban Iigo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gustavo Gol blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Esteban Iigo having to make a save. Esteban Iigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After 27 minutes, Cesare Ucci mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tribos and the Branco FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tribos's Cesare Ucci got a free kick in the 27th minute. Esteban Iigo came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Tribos's Gustavo Gol. But to his dismay, Gustavo Gol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After a rather tough play, Branco FC's Mateo Urre got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute Gustavo Gol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Iigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Tribos's goal looked a bit too open when Poroso Cubero came free, but Edvin van der Saar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute, Gökhun Ereken hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Tribos's Gustavo Gol got a free kick in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Geronimo Satordi to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Branco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Gol came free, but Esteban Iigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esteban Iigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Gol in the 58th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Tribos's Gustavo Gol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Esteban Iigo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Branco FC's Esteban Iigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Gol in the 63rd minute of play. In the 66th match minute, Branco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Urre to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustavo Gol in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Esteban Iigo saved Branco FC from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustavo Gol got free with Esteban Iigo in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Gol in the 83rd minute of play forced Branco FC's goalkeeper Esteban Iigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tribos were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Branco FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pedrinho Figueiredo took the corner. The corner led Tribos's Cristiano Faria to a score. 0-5 in the 87th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 92 minutes, Esteban Iigo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Cristiano Faria's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Esteban Iigo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tribos walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
