In the 14th minute, Olof Söderquist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ross Barkley hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olof Söderquist in the 21st minute of play forced A.S. Udinese's goalkeeper Fedele Schiacciacasse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Charlie Kleen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Junior Maldini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Junior Maldini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 27 minutes into the game, A.S. Udinese's Alexander Cagnetta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Charlie Kleen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Junior Maldini in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charlie Kleen saved Jordan F1 91-05 from getting behind. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Fedele Schiacciacasse successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Charlie Kleen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Junior Maldini, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ermanno Moscatelli to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Jordan F1 91-05 defense, Ermanno Moscatelli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Charlie Kleen. The Jordan F1 91-05 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Charlie Kleen should have stopped the shot. 57 minutes into the game, Ermanno Moscatelli recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Charlie Kleen. Charlie Kleen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ermanno Moscatelli went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. When Alexander Cagnetta came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the A.S. Udinese fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexander Cagnetta couldn't finish the play. If Ermanno Moscatelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Udinese's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
