Manoel Loarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iván Leguizamón in the 4th minute of the match. Iván Leguizamón recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Montevideo City Torque's goal looked a bit too open when Iván Leguizamón came free, but Manoel Loarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manoel Loarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iván Leguizamón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Rodrigo de Carvalho fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BOI BRABO FC's protests and gave Rodrigo de Carvalho a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Montevideo City Torque booed when BOI BRABO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo de Carvalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Iván Leguizamón notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Montevideo City Torque's Manoel Loarte. Manoel Loarte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Montevideo City Torque booed when BOI BRABO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iván Leguizamón didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Montevideo City Torque getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Claris Gutierrez hit a great ball. Montevideo City Torque's Santos Poves was substituted for Dubardo Pardelas.

When Iván Leguizamón was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 58 minutes had been played. Iván Leguizamón kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Arne Tingberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pau Covillas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipe Sá got free with Manoel Loarte in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 72 minutes into the match, Pau Covillas notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of BOI BRABO FC's Arne Tingberg. Arne Tingberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 76th minute, Bizi Saludes made a precise shot to the right of Arne Tingberg. BOI BRABO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. During the 79th minute of the match Rodrigo de Carvalho completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Rodrigo de Carvalho a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 80 played minutes BOI BRABO FC got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo de Carvalho. Pau Covillas spun around in front of the goal 81 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of BOI BRABO FC's goal. After some careless play in the BOI BRABO FC defense, Claris Gutierrez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arne Tingberg. The BOI BRABO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arne Tingberg should have stopped the shot. If Bizi Saludes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Montevideo City Torque fans cheered their team off the field, for while BOI BRABO FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
