After 4 minutes, Lucas Nayely mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brugge United and the BK Tåfjutt players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aldo Candal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from A.J. Kapten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Brugge United's Arno Specht got a free kick in the 7th minute. BK Tåfjutt's Niklas Ålberg quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Georges-Philippe Engels, made in the 11th minute of the game. Emil Johnsson hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Brugge United's goal looked a bit too open when Olof Soned came free, but Aldo Candal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brugge United's Aldo Candal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olof Soned in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by A.J. Kapten in the 25th minute of play forced Brugge United's goalkeeper Aldo Candal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aldo Candal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from A.J. Kapten, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 31 minutes Brugge United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Niklas Ålberg who took care of the corner kick. Aldo Candal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Olof Soned went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Aldo Candal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olof Soned in the 48th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

BK Tåfjutt made a substitution. Nicklas Qvarnström replaced Rickard Julin. BK Tåfjutt's Lukas Melander was substituted for Olof Soned. Brugge United's Tjorven Jaddon was substituted for Camiel Hennes. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lukas Melander to make the kick off. Oni Nerad took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aldo Candal. Aldo Candal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Aldo Candal was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lukas Melander showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 64 minute of play. In the 74th minute, Binjamin Denturck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lukas Melander in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aldo Candal, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Oni Nerad's late challenge caught a Brugge United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oni Nerad helped the player get up and apologised. Lukas Melander who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Aldo Candal when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 86 minutes into the match, BK Tåfjutt's goal looked a bit too open when Ryan Lanphant came free, but Eric Olofsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lukas Melander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Aldo Candal made a huge save. Joachim Björklund kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Lukas Melander scored 0-4 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aldo Candal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Brugge United supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching BK Tåfjutt's performance. The match ended with a win for BK Tåfjutt.
