But to his dismay, Júnior Pimenta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. João de Queirós made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tihomir Zhabinski in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júnior Pimenta in the 14th minute of play forced Каблешково's goalkeeper Vencho Gazibarov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If André Luís Trevisan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th match minute, Каблешково was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evlogi Boevski to maneuver through the defense.
