Apolo Porfirio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafael Clodio's shot from short distance in the 2nd minute. In the 4th minute, Celso Inge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomás Evarado in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melquiades Patxi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. EL PEPO FC's Melquiades Patxi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save EL PEPO FC from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the EL PEPO FC defense, Tomás Evarado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Melquiades Patxi. The EL PEPO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Melquiades Patxi should have stopped the shot. 21 minutes into the game, Rafael Clodio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Apolo Porfirio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Melquiades Patxi was a little too slow when Abelardo Monico got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 3-1. Edgard Herauso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Apolo Porfirio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melquiades Patxi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Abeitia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melquiades Patxi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Abreu in the 38th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgard Herauso during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, EL PEPO FC's Edgard Herauso got a free kick in the 39th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Ermegildo Abeitia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Melquiades Patxi. That made the score 4-1 in the 41 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Abelardo Monico slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Melquiades Patxi. That made the score 5-1 after 47 minutes of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomás Evarado to make the kick off. Abelardo Monico kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Ivan Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Melquiades Patxi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Tomás Evarado made a precise shot to the right of Melquiades Patxi. EL PEPO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Melquiades Patxi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Monico, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Melquiades Patxi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abelardo Monico in the 69th minute of the match. A collision led to StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Fulgencio Bingen hit a great ball. In the 71st minute Rafael Clodio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Porfirio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomás Evarado scored 7-2 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Melquiades Patxi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rafael Clodio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute Abelardo Monico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Patxi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's zone, Celso Inge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Apolo Porfirio came out of the goal and Celso Inge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 87 minutes into the match, Ermegildo Abeitia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Melquiades Patxi. EL PEPO FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ermegildo Abeitia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-2. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
