In the 10th match minute, Squadra Demarchi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chico Bittencourt to maneuver through the defense. Squadra Demarchi's Oscar Saldanha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sverker Lilja in the 11th minute of play. Squadra Demarchi's Elivélton Souto managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Babak Savage in the 16 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chico Bittencourt in the 17th minute of play forced No Gravity FC's goalkeeper Mikael Sjöberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claes Böcklund kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Kléber Queirós made a precise shot to the right of Mikael Sjöberg. No Gravity FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Kennet Örtendahl fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored No Gravity FC's protests and gave Kennet Örtendahl a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to No Gravity FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Kennet Örtendahl hit a great ball. When Babak Savage came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the No Gravity FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Babak Savage couldn't finish the play. Mikael Sjöberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sílvio Alagoano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 37 minutes, Chico Bittencourt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Squadra Demarchi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chico Bittencourt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of Squadra Demarchi:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of No Gravity FC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 42 minutes, No Gravity FC's Babak Savage got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Oscar Saldanha. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ludvig Skark made a kick off. After a rather tough play, No Gravity FC's Claes Böcklund got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Squadra Demarchi's Richard Moura shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 64th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mikael Sjöberg but with some difficulty. Oscar Saldanha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hicham Savage, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in No Gravity FC's zone, Chico Bittencourt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mikael Sjöberg came out of the goal and Chico Bittencourt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No Gravity FC's Mikael Sjöberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save No Gravity FC from getting a goal against them. When Sílvio Alagoano came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Squadra Demarchi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sílvio Alagoano couldn't finish the play. Klas Lindblom kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Kléber Queirós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikael Sjöberg having to interfere. Mikael Sjöberg made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Chico Bittencourt sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves Kléber Queirós could shoot a difficult shot in the 86th minute, which Mikael Sjöberg however easily saved by the left post. Sverker Lilja took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oscar Saldanha. Oscar Saldanha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In a very dangerous position, a player in Squadra Demarchi fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 92nd minute. Penalty! Squadra Demarchi:s Oscar Saldanha showed great skill when he stopped Babak Savage:s penalty. When the referee blew the final whistle, No Gravity FC could leave the field as winners, despite Squadra Demarchi having more of the ball for most of the match.
