Carlos Eduardo Rossi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jens-Ola Löv. Zero Hedge's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Zero Hedge were furious when Arman Sjögren was red carded, 5 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Juarês Corrêa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertil Åström in the 8th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, 27 de Mayo's Dudu Cordeiro got a free kick in the 9th minute. Hílton Cardoso scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jens-Ola Löv, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alfred Österberg didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-1 via right post in the game's 15th minute. Zero Hedge's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! After 19 played minutes Bertil Åström rounded 27 de Mayo's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. Bertil Åström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Juarês Corrêa came out and tried to block the shot, but Bertil Åström slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 29th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bertil Åström in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juarês Corrêa saved 27 de Mayo from getting behind. 27 de Mayo's Juarês Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Åström in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The wind increased when Bertil Åström made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, 27 de Mayo's goal looked a bit too open when Bertil Åström came free, but Juarês Corrêa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of 27 de Mayo booed when Zero Hedge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Freddie Lindholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. 27 de Mayo's Juarês Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Åström in the 65th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Alfred Österberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juarês Corrêa was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Bengt Jonsson struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Juarês Corrêa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zero Hedge. The supporters of Zero Hedge booed when 27 de Mayo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dudu Cordeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th match minute, 27 de Mayo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Eduardo Rossi to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute, Hílton Cardoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juarês Corrêa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bengt Jonsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melker Törnblom kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The long shot by Carlos Eduardo Rossi in the 95th minute really tested Jens-Ola Löv's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Zero Hedge had won after a very even match.
