The crowd rose to their feet as Gala's Sobur Betay slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hjalmar Hedvall. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. Syahril Rungkat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sonny Ek, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Syahril Rungkat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wim Kieft's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Älta BK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Honestra Guritno scored to the left of an out of position Hjalmar Hedvall, making the score, 2-0. Hjalmar Hedvall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zulkarnaen Rusandi in the 17th minute of the match. Wim Kieft kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Aldri Wenas in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Syahril Rungkat made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Älta BK's Hjalmar Hedvall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sobur Betay in the 80th minute of play. In the 80thth minute of the game Sobur Betay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Älta BK's Hjalmar Hedvall was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gala's Fedro Tingkir was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hjalmar Hedvall in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Sobur Betay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 95 minutes into the match, Sonny Ek notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Gala's Syahril Rungkat. Syahril Rungkat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Älta BK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Älta BK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
