The supporters of Fauna Utd booed when Q. T. I. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Abar didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Jaime Abar sped through Fauna Utd's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jan De Geyter. Jan De Geyter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacinto Cidro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fauna Utd's Jan De Geyter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Cidro in the 20th minute of play. Q. T. I.'s Filomeno Perrando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Q. T. I. from getting a goal against them. In the 22nd match minute, Q. T. I. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reynaldo Cuartio to maneuver through the defense. Filomeno Perrando made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Gerard Helssen sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Q. T. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gerard Helssen to make the kick off. When Ildefonso Fortun fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Q. T. I.'s protests and gave Ildefonso Fortun a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Q. T. I.'s Ildefonso Fortun got a free kick in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henri-Xavier Justus in the 53rd minute of play forced Q. T. I.'s goalkeeper Filomeno Perrando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute, Gerard Helssen made a precise shot to the right of Filomeno Perrando. Q. T. I.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Henri-Xavier Justus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Fauna Utd's Jan De Geyter got control of the ball when Jacinto Cidro tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Lenny Massenhove fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fauna Utd's protests and gave Lenny Massenhove a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Fauna Utd's Lenny Massenhove got a free kick in the 81st minute. Jan De Geyter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Cruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan De Geyter stood somewhat misplaced when Jaime Abar came free in front of goal and shot 2-2 to the left of him in the 89 minute. In the 93rd match minute, Q. T. I. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaudencio Chaime to maneuver through the defense.
