An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaston Ubarna in the 10th minute of play forced -BZF- Valea Buzăului's goalkeeper Manole Tăcutu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manole Tăcutu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Ubarna in the 10th minute of the match. When Alex Pop fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored -BZF- Valea Buzăului's protests and gave Alex Pop a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Soroca F.C. booed when -BZF- Valea Buzăului was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Pop didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manole Tăcutu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Ubarna, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Manole Tăcutu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustino Weterio in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Pop in the 28th minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Eustacio Socorro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horea Neculuță lost his temper 32 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 31st minute, one of -BZF- Valea Buzăului:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for -BZF- Valea Buzăului. In the 33rd minute there was a penalty for Soroca F.C.. Faustino Weterio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Manole Tăcutu. 1-1. In the 37th minute, Uriel Precioso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manole Tăcutu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Manole Tăcutu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faustino Weterio, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The -BZF- Valea Buzăului players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Soroca F.C. were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Faustino Weterio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Manole Tăcutu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Weterio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paul Baran during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 62 played minutes -BZF- Valea Buzăului got a freekick which was hit by Paul Baran. In the 63rd minute, Paul Baran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cosmin Galiceanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Theakston in the 72nd minute of play forced -BZF- Valea Buzăului's goalkeeper Manole Tăcutu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Soroca F.C.'s Arthur Theakston got a free kick in the 76th minute. After having played for 81 minutes, Alex Pop managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alex Pop was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Soroca F.C.'s Eustacio Socorro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Pop in the 84th minute of play. Alex Pop took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eustacio Socorro. Eustacio Socorro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
