In the 5th minute Arthur de Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Allbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Isaac Eliasson fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kronan's protests and gave Isaac Eliasson a yellow card for diving instead. Isaac Eliasson kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Benedito Bastos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Olof Henriksson went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Gilbert Löfgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kronan's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilbert Löfgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benedito Bastos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to G.E. Juventus FSCMZ getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Betão Cosme hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the match, Gilbert Löfgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benedito Bastos. G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilbert Löfgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Isaac Eliasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Benedito Bastos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Kronan's Benedito Bastos threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gilbert Löfgren, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 33rdth minute of the game Arthur de Toledo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kronan's Daniel Allbom was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Cleiton Queiroz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erland Vestberg charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erland Vestberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 44 minutes into the match, G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's goalkeeper Benedito Bastos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olof Henriksson. Benedito Bastos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilbert Löfgren in the 46th minute of the match. After 46 minutes, Cleiton Queiroz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the G.E. Juventus FSCMZ and the Kronan players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Cleiton Queiroz got a free kick in the 46th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arthur de Toledo to make the kick off. The supporters of G.E. Juventus FSCMZ booed when Kronan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kjell Eklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reynaldo do Nascimento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benedito Bastos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olof Henriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After having played for 75 minutes, Gilbert Löfgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kronan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilbert Löfgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 77th minute Gilbert Löfgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedito Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arthur de Toledo in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Allbom prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 87th play minute Arthur de Toledo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Daniel Allbom. 2-1. Isaac Eliasson hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reynaldo do Nascimento in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Allbom prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robin Rudberg during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Kronan getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Robin Rudberg hit a great ball. Arthur de Toledo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Daniel Allbom made a huge save. The Kronan players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
