The crowd rose to their feet as Ekber Saltuk kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luiz Fernando Figueiredo. That made the score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. A collision led to 61 PIMMS FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Aytuğ Eskioğlu hit a great ball. Ekber Saltuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Fernando Figueiredo having to interfere. After 20 minutes, Ekber Saltuk made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Luiz Fernando Figueiredo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ali Kağan Başayoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego da Cunha in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, 61 PIMMS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Diego da Cunha came free, but Ali Kağan Başayoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Ekber Saltuk scored to the left of an out of position Luiz Fernando Figueiredo, making the score, 3-0. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Luiz Fernando Figueiredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Galip Özkok in the 40th minute of play. After some careless play in the S.C. Corinthians Paulista defense, Aras Görkem Yazar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luiz Fernando Figueiredo. The S.C. Corinthians Paulista fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luiz Fernando Figueiredo should have stopped the shot. Ekber Saltuk received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luiz Fernando Figueiredo came out and tried to block the shot, but Ekber Saltuk slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Matías de Moraes to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Ekber Saltuk made a precise shot to the right of Luiz Fernando Figueiredo. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Corinthians Paulista got a freekick which was hit by Giuseppe Guerra. In the 75th minute, Fehmi Nasr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ekber Saltuk in the 78th minute of play forced S.C. Corinthians Paulista's goalkeeper Luiz Fernando Figueiredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
