Luiz Fernando Figueiredo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Luiz Fernando Figueiredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Tomasson in the 12th minute of play. Med Gang FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Frank dos Santos scored to the left of an out of position Harry Axelsson, making the score, 1-1. Luiz Fernando Figueiredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommy Dalgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Harry Axelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Alagoano in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Med Gang FC's Jimmy Göransson got a free kick in the 23rd minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Matías de Moraes was the one to do the kick off. Ingvar Söderqvist had several of the S.C. Corinthians Paulista's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 62 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Corinthians Paulista booed when Med Gang FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarl Eckegren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luiz Fernando Figueiredo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ingvar Söderqvist in the 97th minute. Although S.C. Corinthians Paulista had been in control for most of the match, Med Gang FC still came away with the win.
