Wawrzyniec Wojtkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saul Etxeberri having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Bezek's Miroslaw Skrzypek ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Saul Etxeberri. Saul Etxeberri yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miroslaw Skrzypek in the 36th minute of play forced San Fernando Eagles's goalkeeper Saul Etxeberri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julian Raszek made a great header on Bezek's corner, it was just that San Fernando Eagles's Saul Etxeberri managed to reach the ball for a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ambrosio Vimaro during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Wawrzyniec Wojtkiewicz sped through San Fernando Eagles's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Saul Etxeberri. 80 minutes into the game, Miroslaw Skrzypek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Saul Etxeberri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pascual Ekialde charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
