In the 10th minute Waylon McQueen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolf Jonasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Vidar Kalfhage hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vidar Kalfhage fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Leite having to interfere. After 19 minutes, Carl Ahlin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ⚓️Dynamo⚓️Mollösund⚓️ and the New England Minas players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of New England Minas booed when ⚓️Dynamo⚓️Mollösund⚓️ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carl Ahlin didn't get a good kick on the ball. João Leite showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wictor Runberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Rolf Jonasson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ayrton Senna in the 27th minute. In the 30th minute, New England Minas's Waylon McQueen ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rolf Jonasson. Rolf Jonasson made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Waylon McQueen sent off a good shot on target. 41 minutes into the match, Ayrton Senna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolf Jonasson. ⚓️Dynamo⚓️Mollösund⚓️'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ayrton Senna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After a rather tough play, New England Minas's Ayrton Senna got a free kick in the 45th minute. 48 minutes into the match, ⚓️Dynamo⚓️Mollösund⚓️'s goalkeeper Rolf Jonasson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Waylon McQueen. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
The wind increased when Wictor Runberg made the kick off in the second half. Jacques Stovall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolf Jonasson having to interfere. A collision led to New England Minas getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. John Profesor hit a great ball. In the 64th minute Dwayne Clement shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolf Jonasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ayrton Senna took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolf Jonasson. Rolf Jonasson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Rolf Jonasson came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by New England Minas's Ayrton Senna. But to his dismay, Ayrton Senna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. 80 minutes into the match, ⚓️Dynamo⚓️Mollösund⚓️'s goal looked a bit too open when Ayrton Senna came free, but Rolf Jonasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolf Jonasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waylon McQueen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
