Bart-Jan Maenhout hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. 6 minutes into the game, Davide Di Nunzio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sao Brasola's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Circus BAF the free kick. A collision led to Sao Brasola getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Davide Di Nunzio hit a great ball. Steffe Van De Wijngaert who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Elia Tuzzolino when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lauren Van Den Abeele in the 9th minute of play forced Sao Brasola's goalkeeper Elia Tuzzolino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geoffry Suetens's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Elia Tuzzolino firmly grabbed it by the left post. When Concetto Riccardi fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sao Brasola's protests and gave Concetto Riccardi a yellow card for diving instead. Concetto Riccardi hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Geoffry Suetens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Circus BAF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geoffry Suetens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 22nd match minute, Sao Brasola was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Davide Di Nunzio to maneuver through the defense. 26 minutes into the match, Sao Brasola's goalkeeper Elia Tuzzolino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Geoffry Suetens. 27 minutes into the match, Sao Brasola's goal looked a bit too open when Rudy De Meesemaeckere came free, but Elia Tuzzolino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lauren Van Den Abeele received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Elia Tuzzolino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Circus BAF's Steffe Van De Wijngaert in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sao Brasola's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Franco Donatelli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sao Brasola's supporters rose to their feet, but Franco Donatelli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jannic Puttemas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Steffe Van De Wijngaert received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Elia Tuzzolino came out and tried to block the shot, but Steffe Van De Wijngaert slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 36th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Sao Brasola's goalkeeper Elia Tuzzolino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Geoffry Suetens. The audience thought a goal was coming when Geoffry Suetens got free with Elia Tuzzolino in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elia Tuzzolino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Geoffry Suetens in the 44th minute. Elia Tuzzolino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geoffry Suetens, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Geoffry Suetens stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Steffe Van De Wijngaert scored 2-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elia Tuzzolino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Sao Brasola defense, Geoffry Suetens kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elia Tuzzolino. The Sao Brasola fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elia Tuzzolino should have stopped the shot. 60 minutes into the match, Sao Brasola's goal looked a bit too open when Steffe Van De Wijngaert came free, but Elia Tuzzolino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th match minute, Sao Brasola was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Concetto Riccardi to maneuver through the defense. After 65 played minutes, Circus BAF's Hannes Van Lancker shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Elia Tuzzolino came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Circus BAF reached it. 72 minutes into the game, Geoffry Suetens cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Elia Tuzzolino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 76th minute, Sao Brasola's Franco Albanesi seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Franco Albanesi the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Sao Brasola protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Franco Albanesi had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 75 minutes into the game, one of Sao Brasola:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Elia Tuzzolino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steffe Van De Wijngaert, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 85th minute, Steffe Van De Wijngaert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elia Tuzzolino was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. In the 89th minute Rudy De Meesemaeckere shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elia Tuzzolino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Sao Brasola defense, Lauren Van Den Abeele kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elia Tuzzolino. The Sao Brasola fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elia Tuzzolino should have stopped the shot. Circus BAF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
