Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ian Vieira to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Nilton Seco notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Roceira SC's Romeu Negri. Romeu Negri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The A A Arizona fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when A A Arizona's Simão Sena looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Percival Toscano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-2. Ademir Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ian Vieira in the 67th minute of the match. The supporters of A A Arizona booed when Roceira SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reginaldo Maranhense didn't get a good kick on the ball.
