An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Astigar in the 3rd minute of play forced Club13's goalkeeper Dorel Călimanescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romeo Chesaru hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. GUSESI's Celso Oto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Chesaru in the 11th minute of play. Dorel Călimanescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Marquez in the 13th minute of play. Celso Oto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horaţiu Zmărăndache, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Celso Oto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristinel Hapaina in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Romeo Chesaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niculae Azamfirei could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Celso Oto made a huge save. Dorel Călimanescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Keegan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute Iustin Rebengiuc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Oto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Club13's goal looked a bit too open when Justino Astigar came free, but Dorel Călimanescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Club13's Codrin Niculiță got a free kick in the 35th minute. Justino Astigar kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in GUSESI reached it. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Niculae Azamfirei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 52nd match minute, GUSESI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baltasar Marquez to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Horaţiu Zmărăndache in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celso Oto saved GUSESI from getting behind. Marco Ostargi's late challenge caught a Club13's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marco Ostargi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th match minute, GUSESI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Ostargi to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Horaţiu Zmărăndache's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celso Oto was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. In the 61st minute, Horaţiu Zmărăndache made a precise shot to the right of Celso Oto. GUSESI's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Dorel Călimanescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 89th minute of the match, Baltasar Marquez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dorel Călimanescu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 93 minutes into the game, Iustin Rebengiuc cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Celso Oto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Club13 had won after a very even match.
