The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 11 minutes into the match, Grimório's goal looked a bit too open when Ariel Urre came free, but Risto Leinatamm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julio Honrio got free with Risto Leinatamm in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 15 minutes into the game, Tauno Aal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Raimundo Botello was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 20th minute, Juhan Johannson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raimundo Botello was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Raimundo Botello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaagup Valgupera in the 25th minute of the match. If Tauno Aal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Risto Leinatamm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Cai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Canor's late challenge caught a Grimório's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julio Canor helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Howling Dawn U18 getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Julio Canor hit a great ball. In the 36thth minute of the game Tauno Aal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Howling Dawn U18's Raimundo Botello was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eugenio Regis's late challenge caught a Grimório's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eugenio Regis helped the player get up and apologised. After 37 played minutes Howling Dawn U18 got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Regis. Jaagup Valgupera scored 0-3 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Raimundo Botello, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Jaagup Valgupera made the kick off in the second half. Gregorio Fernandez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Risto Leinatamm. Grimório's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 60thth minute of the game Jaagup Valgupera who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Howling Dawn U18's Raimundo Botello was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Risto Leinatamm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Cai in the 63rd minute of the match. Ariel Urre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Risto Leinatamm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio Honrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. A collision led to Howling Dawn U18 getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Cristian Fernanco hit a great ball. In the 78th match minute, Grimório was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tauno Aal to maneuver through the defense.
