After 2 played minutes Sundborn IF got a freekick which was hit by Pontus Ahlroht. Dei Balcells was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 3rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Rikard Lekberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolomé Correa in the 4th minute of the match. In the 5th match minute, Sundborn IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Håkan Larsson to maneuver through the defense. After 6 played minutes, C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Hermenegildo Hagi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rikard Lekberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolomé Correa in the 14th minute of play forced Sundborn IF's goalkeeper Rikard Lekberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rikard Lekberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolomé Correa in the 16th minute of play. Dei Balcells hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute, Taio Sánchez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rikard Lekberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Rikard Lekberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Taio Sánchez, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. A collision led to Sundborn IF getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Dag Häll hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Bartolomé Correa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After a rather tough play, Sundborn IF's Stefan Hellström got a free kick in the 39th minute. Rikard Lekberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dei Balcells in the 41st minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Taio Sánchez made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Kjell Törnkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rikard Lekberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bartolomé Correa went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 58th minute, Johan Fristedt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zeru Palomares was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Vito Cabada was substituted for George Pedraza. Sundborn IF's Rikard Lekberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taio Sánchez in the 65th minute of play. When Stefan Hellström fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sundborn IF's protests and gave Stefan Hellström a yellow card for diving instead. In the 65th minute, Stefan Hellström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute of the match Vito Cabada shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rikard Lekberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Eriz Andres hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 74 minutes, Rikard Lekberg successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Zeru Palomares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johan Fristedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Johan Fristedt hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. If Bartolomé Correa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sundborn IF's Rikard Lekberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taio Sánchez in the 82nd minute of play. Rikard Lekberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vito Cabada in the 92nd minute. After 98 played minutes, C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Dei Balcells shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rikard Lekberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line.
