C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Sannegården BK's Fritz Bållström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Sannegården BK from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Sannegården BK booed when C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eskuin Ruiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute of the match Nils-Emil Björkdal shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Salvador Durango showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fritz Bållström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartolomé Correa in the 18th minute. Sannegården BK were furious when Bengt-Rune Stabbe was red carded, 21 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 21 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sannegården BK! Dei Balcells shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After having played for 30 minutes, Taio Sánchez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's supporters crossed their fingers, but Taio Sánchez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Michael Blomqvist hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. If Taio Sánchez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the game, Taio Sánchez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fritz Bållström. Taio Sánchez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. If Michael Blomqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sannegården BK's Fritz Bållström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taio Sánchez in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
