In the 3rd minute, Gilson Valle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The HollywooDogs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as AVV Zeeburgia's Jelmer Deitmers slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Omar Telo. That made the score 1-1 after 7 minutes of play. Roel Saarberg kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. AVV Zeeburgia's Franck Oosterhof played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilson Valle in the 22nd minute of play. After 34 played minutes AVV Zeeburgia got a freekick which was hit by Roel Saarberg. Omar Telo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herbert Baker's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. HollywooDogs's Omar Telo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herbert Baker in the 38th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gilson Valle made a kick off. Omar Telo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Baker, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. If Herbert Baker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 60 played minutes HollywooDogs got a freekick which was hit by Gilson Valle. HollywooDogs made a substitution. Virgílio Batista replaced Frank Vinhas. Gilson Valle hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Omar Telo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jelmer Deitmers in the 63rd minute of play. Dedé Trigo scored 1-2 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Franck Oosterhof, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to HollywooDogs getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Diguinho Rodrigues hit a great ball. After 70 played minutes, AVV Zeeburgia's Marco Sleiffer shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Omar Telo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AVV Zeeburgia reached it. Franck Oosterhof made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dedé Trigo in the 84th minute. Omar Telo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferdi de Zaaijer in the 87th minute of the match. Gilson Valle's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Franck Oosterhof firmly grabbed it by the left post.
