Errikos Karachalios hit a great ball. After 32 played minutes Gunnar Vassenius rounded Lipochσrion FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Dimitris Pirtsos made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Eddie Flinck sent off a good shot on target. 42 minutes into the match, Lipochσrion FC's goalkeeper Dimitris Pirtsos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oskar Pååk. Dimitris Pirtsos was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Oskar Pååk capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Oskar Pååk really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Jakob Lind's late challenge caught a Lipochσrion FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jakob Lind helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Lipochσrion FC booed when Digital Monsterz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position.
