The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Konstantin Plambeck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardinho Correia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardinho Correia in the 9th minute of play forced AB Tårnby's goalkeeper Konstantin Plambeck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Konstantin Plambeck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeca Simões in the 10th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in AB Tårnby's zone, Ricardinho Correia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Konstantin Plambeck came out of the goal and Ricardinho Correia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, AB Tårnby's Charlie Tinglev got a free kick in the 20th minute. AB Tårnby's Konstantin Plambeck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardinho Correia in the 22nd minute of play. Sten Aasten charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sten Aasten the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Anderbye FC made a substitution. Henrique Tavares replaced Edmílson Carvalho. The supporters of Anderbye FC booed when AB Tårnby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sten Aasten didn't get a good kick on the ball. With 27 minutes on the clock, Volmar Wharja commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in AB Tårnby fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 26th minute. Penalty! If Kent Mogensbæk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ricardinho Correia made a kick off. An unexpected shot in the 52nd minute by Ricardinho Correia got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of Anderbye FC booed when AB Tårnby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Buster Falum didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Zeca Simões took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Konstantin Plambeck to make any attempt to save it. When Buster Falum fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AB Tårnby's protests and gave Buster Falum a yellow card for diving instead. In the 76th minute, one of AB Tårnby:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for AB Tårnby. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricardinho Correia in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Konstantin Plambeck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Ricardinho Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anderbye FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardinho Correia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Konstantin Plambeck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anderbye FC's Ricardinho Correia got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Konstantin Plambeck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeca Simões, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. When the match was over Anderbye FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than AB Tårnby throughout the match.
