The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gerard Mulder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Ulisses Toledo made a huge save. If Ricardinho Correia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 15 minutes into the game, Gerard Mulder was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Bal op het Dak's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Anderbye FC the free kick. After 15 played minutes FC Bal op het Dak got a freekick which was hit by Gerard Mulder. After a rather tough play, Anderbye FC's Nilton Alcântara got a free kick in the 17th minute. Ulisses Toledo came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Bal op het Dak's Gerard Mulder. But to his dismay, Gerard Mulder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Jan Rein Helwig kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 28th minute of the match, Gerard Mulder tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ulisses Toledo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, Anderbye FC's Ulisses Toledo got control of the ball when Gerard Mulder tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 31stth minute of the game Gerard Mulder who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Anderbye FC's Ulisses Toledo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Anderbye FC's Tomé de Lima got a free kick in the 31st minute. Anderbye FC's Ulisses Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edwin Batum in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, FC Bal op het Dak's Gerard Mulder nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ulisses Toledo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Sjaak Saarloos managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Bal op het Dak's supporters rose to their feet, but Sjaak Saarloos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulisses Toledo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The wind increased when Gerard Mulder made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Sjaak Saarloos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Bal op het Dak fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. 61 minutes into the game, Tomé de Lima was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sjaak Saarloos during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ulisses Toledo came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Bal op het Dak's Gerard Mulder. But to his dismay, Gerard Mulder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Sjaak Saarloos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulisses Toledo having to interfere.
