Reese Oconnell was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 6th minute. Frenchville Sports Club's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Benjamin Lartaun hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damon Waters got free with Gustavo Abadie in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severo Vachon in the 11th minute of play forced Frenchville Sports Club's goalkeeper Eddie Sparrow to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henry Laing charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henry Laing the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of GERLIROJO Ψ booed when Frenchville Sports Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard Nunn didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teofilo Maiorga took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eddie Sparrow. Frenchville Sports Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gustavo Abadie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyle Deal, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Frenchville Sports Club's Henry Laing slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gustavo Abadie. That made the score 1-0 after 26 minutes of play. Benito Gonsalve sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kyle Deal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eddie Sparrow took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximino Xacintu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, Reese Oconnell dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gustavo Abadie, 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Damon Waters stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Benito Gonsalve managed to get in a good position for a shot. GERLIROJO Ψ's supporters rose to their feet, but Benito Gonsalve was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eddie Sparrow breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 56th minute, Reese Oconnell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gustavo Abadie was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Gustavo Abadie came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Frenchville Sports Club's Kyle Deal. But to his dismay, Kyle Deal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Tiburcio Oskitz kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damon Waters in the 69th minute of play forced GERLIROJO Ψ's goalkeeper Gustavo Abadie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GERLIROJO Ψ's Gustavo Abadie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damon Waters in the 71st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kyle Deal in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustavo Abadie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frenchville Sports Club were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after GERLIROJO Ψ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Curtis Mckinnes took the corner. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Reese Oconnell got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 5-0. 84 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the match, Severo Vachon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eddie Sparrow, 5-1. Gustavo Abadie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damon Waters, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Frenchville Sports Club had won after a very even match.
