After 12 minutes, İzzet Yaren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 14 YâReN FC and the Rockets players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Rockets booed when 14 YâReN FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. İzzet Yaren didn't get a good kick on the ball. With 16 minutes on the clock, Battal Seyyit Visali commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in 14 YâReN FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 16th minute. Penalty! In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind 14 YâReN FC's goalkeeper Ramazan Bilgiç, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Dudu Madureira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ramazan Bilgiç was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Ahmet Nafiz Raşit took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Geraldo Queiroz to make any attempt to save it. Mehmet Oğuz Akıncıbeyoğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Geraldo Queiroz made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dudu Madureira was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dudu Madureira during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Rockets getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Dudu Madureira hit a great ball. After 53 played minutes Rockets got a freekick which was hit by Valério Peres. In the 54th match minute, 14 YâReN FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bilge Samil to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to 14 YâReN FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Ahmet Nafiz Raşit hit a great ball. Ahmet Nafiz Raşit kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind 14 YâReN FC's goalkeeper Ramazan Bilgiç, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rockets's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
