Mikolaj Resel was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Petros Giannakis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Petros Giannakis really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. A collision led to ΠΑΟΚ FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Panos Mastrantoniou hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Petros Giannakis got free with Mikolaj Resel in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lucjan Dropinski hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Dimitris Skevofilakas hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. The ΠΑΟΚ FC fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when ΠΑΟΚ FC's Thrasivoulos Moisiadis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Antoni Podwojski was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 26 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the game, one of RW AHLEN-KNURÓW:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 28th minute there was a penalty for ΠΑΟΚ FC. Thomas Papagiotopoulos stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Mikolaj Resel. 3-0. RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's Mikolaj Resel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save RW AHLEN-KNURÓW from getting a goal against them. Anestis Kapataidakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Mikolaj Resel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Petros Giannakiss short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Mikolaj Resel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The crowd rose to their feet as ΠΑΟΚ FC's Thrasivoulos Moisiadis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mikolaj Resel. That made the score 5-0 after 48 minutes of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iwo Jakisz to make the kick off. After 54 minutes of play, ΠΑΟΚ FC's Thomas Papagiotopoulos made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mikolaj Resel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stavros Symeonatos kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Mikolaj Resel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thrasivoulos Moisiadis in the 65th minute of the match. Dimitris Skevofilakas hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute Alekos Korakakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikolaj Resel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thrasivoulos Moisiadis in the 72nd minute of play forced RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's goalkeeper Mikolaj Resel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of RW AHLEN-KNURÓW booed when ΠΑΟΚ FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petros Giannakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the RW AHLEN-KNURÓW defense, Thrasivoulos Moisiadis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mikolaj Resel. The RW AHLEN-KNURÓW fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mikolaj Resel should have stopped the shot. RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's Mikolaj Resel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thrasivoulos Moisiadis in the 83rd minute of play. After 84 played minutes ΠΑΟΚ FC got a freekick which was hit by Alekos Korakakis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alekos Korakakis in the 87th minute of play forced RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's goalkeeper Mikolaj Resel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mikolaj Resel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petros Giannakis in the 88th minute of play. RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's Mikolaj Resel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petros Giannakis in the 91st minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's goal looked a bit too open when Thrasivoulos Moisiadis came free, but Mikolaj Resel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mikolaj Resel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thrasivoulos Moisiadis in the 97th minute of play.
