Alvaro Karmel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rickard Söder, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. With 25 minutes on the clock, Jan-Erik Ingemarsson commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The tension between the Strömsbro IF and the Azulgrana 81 players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Azulgrana 81 booed when Strömsbro IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jörn Hermansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvaro Karmel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Billberg in the 39th minute of play. Alvaro Karmel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jörn Hermansson in the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Ivan Billberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alvaro Karmel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Nils-Åke Telin kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The Azulgrana 81 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Strömsbro IF were winning 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jörn Hermansson to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Azulgrana 81's Pedro Casomiro got a free kick in the 54th minute. Azulgrana 81's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Jörn Hermansson scored to the left of an out of position Alvaro Karmel, making the score, 0-6. Emiliano Ascencio hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute, Ivan Billberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alvaro Karmel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. In the 67th match minute, Azulgrana 81 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerardo Omero to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute, Ivan Billberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alvaro Karmel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Ismael Rivas hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Azulgrana 81's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivan Billberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. After having played for 89 minutes, Jörn Hermansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Strömsbro IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jörn Hermansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alvaro Karmel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörn Hermansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jörn Hermansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Strömsbro IF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Azulgrana 81 throughout the match.
