Ercole Ottaviani's late challenge caught a Deportivo Pergamino's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ercole Ottaviani helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th match minute, Fiume Veneto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ercole Ottaviani to maneuver through the defense. In the 20thth minute of the game Lázaro Emmanuel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fiume Veneto's Daniele Frezza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Daniele Frezza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Pacifico in the 23rd minute of the match. Daniele Frezza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvestre Argoitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Lázaro Emmanuel took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniele Frezza. The supporters of Deportivo Pergamino booed when Fiume Veneto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo Spano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniele Frezza came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Pergamino's Primitivo Vitin. But to his dismay, Primitivo Vitin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Claudio Papetti to strike the kick off in the second half. But to his dismay, Gustavo Pacifico quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-8. After a rather tough play, Fiume Veneto's Ercole Briganti got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Daniele Frezza made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Gustavo Pacifico sent off a good shot on target. Daniele Frezza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Pergamino. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enrico Cirone during the 99th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 100th minute of the match Pastor Gelacio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Daniele Frezza showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
