Lucas Bridgewater received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. 陈凡宇 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in ≮王者归来≯小赌怡情's zone, Vinnie Smith stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 陈凡宇 came out of the goal and Vinnie Smith tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronnie Blakeley in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 陈凡宇 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of ≮王者归来≯小赌怡情 booed when Coventry Wasps was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Bridgewater didn't get a good kick on the ball. 陈凡宇 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Bridgewater in the 37th minute of play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 许枫奕's late challenge caught a Coventry Wasps's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 许枫奕 helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th minute, 许枫奕 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ronnie Blakeley was the one to do the kick off. Ronnie Blakeley in the 52ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Bruce Roche charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bruce Roche the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. ≮王者归来≯小赌怡情's 钱翀挺 was substituted for 李彬响. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Coventry Wasps's Ronnie Blakeley got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A very good chance. If Rick Arrowsmith had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
