Adil Magaud's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mauricio Maura read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Mauricio Maura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adil Magaud in the 24th minute of the match. ZORZAL01's Mauricio Maura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karim Cosme in the 26th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karim Cosme to make the kick off. Benjamin Firmo took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jordan Laforgue. Lázaro Darien's late challenge caught a Rathmore Lime Tree's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The supporters of Rathmore Lime Tree booed when ZORZAL01 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apolo Dalmau didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, one of ZORZAL01:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ZORZAL01. In the 83rd minute, Adil Magaud ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mauricio Maura was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 89 minutes into the match, Rathmore Lime Tree's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Firmo came free, but Jordan Laforgue reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafael Leocadio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Jordan Laforgue tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 98th minute, Benjamin Firmo made a precise shot to the right of Jordan Laforgue. Rathmore Lime Tree's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ZORZAL01 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rathmore Lime Tree had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
