An unexpectedly hard shot by Randell Dillon in the 3rd minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Basilio Justin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dionisio Monico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Randell Dillon kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Randell Dillon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Basilio Justin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atlético Atlanta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rusty Worsley was slow to take the kick. During this time Amputees FC's players had a chance to rest. When Club Atlético Atlanta's Jonatan Felipo in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of Club Atlético Atlanta booed when Amputees FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ike Seistrup didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 39 minutes, Gaston Joanes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atlético Atlanta and the Amputees FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Gaston Joanes got a free kick in the 40th minute. Rusty Worsley, 40 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 47th minute, Dionisio Monico made a precise shot to the right of Raleigh Gracey. Amputees FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1.

The wind increased when Randell Dillon made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Jonatan Felipo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atlético Atlanta and the Amputees FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Jonatan Felipo got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Basilio Justin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Randell Dillon in the 57th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 58th minute of the game. One of Amputees FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Club Atlético Atlanta:s goal. Raleigh Gracey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Felipo, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Raleigh Gracey successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 65 minutes into the match, Amputees FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Fonso came free, but Raleigh Gracey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonatan Felipo got free with Raleigh Gracey in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 69th match minute, Club Atlético Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulino Frechoso to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute of the match Rusty Worsley shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Basilio Justin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 73rd minute Fabian Waller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Justin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd match minute, Club Atlético Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquin Fonso to maneuver through the defense. Bernardo Ranolfo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Raleigh Gracey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Club Atlético Atlanta defense, Randell Dillon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Basilio Justin. The Club Atlético Atlanta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Basilio Justin should have stopped the shot. Club Atlético Atlanta's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
