Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Frederic Kuster made the kick off which started today's match. After 3 played minutes FC Wil 1900 got a freekick which was hit by Frederic Kuster. 6 minutes into the match, FC Wil 1900's goal looked a bit too open when David Beckham came free, but Carlos Schneider reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Schneider made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikos Moustos in the 9th minute of play. When David Beckham came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Go Ahead Eagles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Beckham couldn't finish the play. A collision led to FC Wil 1900 getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Jarrett Beljean hit a great ball. David Beckham scored 1-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlos Schneider, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20th minute, David Beckham fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 22 minutes into the match, Umberto Romano notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Go Ahead Eagles's Ntinos Vounatsos. Ntinos Vounatsos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carlos Schneider made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thrasivoulos Tzanetos in the 25th minute of play. Timo Arnosti's late challenge caught a Go Ahead Eagles's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Timo Arnosti helped the player get up and apologised. Timo Arnosti kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After 27 played minutes David Beckham rounded FC Wil 1900's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. A collision led to FC Wil 1900 getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Lienhard Restaino hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute Nikos Moustos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Schneider saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, FC Wil 1900's Carlos Schneider got control of the ball when David Beckham tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell David Beckham to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, FC Wil 1900's goal looked a bit too open when David Beckham came free, but Carlos Schneider reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 54 minutes of play, Go Ahead Eagles's David Beckham made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlos Schneider was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikos Moustos in the 61st minute of play forced FC Wil 1900's goalkeeper Carlos Schneider to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 64 played minutes Go Ahead Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Takis Chatzivrettas. Nicholas Zollinger hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Carlos Schneider took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Beckham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Panos Rachiotis charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Panos Rachiotis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Go Ahead Eagles getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Panos Rachiotis hit a great ball. David Beckham scored 5-1 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlos Schneider, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Wil 1900's Carlos Schneider played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Beckham in the 84th minute of play. 86 minutes into the game, Go Ahead Eagles's David Beckham nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlos Schneider made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Carlos Schneider showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vaios Sakoulidis in the 94th minute of the match.
