When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Reinaldo Ferraz took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Christian Pradelles to make any attempt to save it. Dorival Fontes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 11 played minutes Tours Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Nathanaël Géhin. Christian Pradelles was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Pedro Paulo Cruz. After 13 played minutes Tours Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Carli. Rubinho Abreu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maxence Lefranc, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. If Marcel Viana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ediberto Lopez got free with Christian Pradelles in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Christian Pradelles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dorival Fontes's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Dorival Fontes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christian Pradelles. Tours Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dorival Fontes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. A collision led to Tours Football Club getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Nathanaël Géhin hit a great ball. Nathanaël Géhin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Rubinho Abreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of ADM Taquaras booed when Tours Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yazid Rousselot didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute, Nathanaël Géhin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Dorival Fontes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ADM Taquaras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Nathanaël Géhin made the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 51 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Dorival Fontes sped through Tours Football Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Christian Pradelles. In the 55th match minute, ADM Taquaras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ediberto Lopez to maneuver through the defense. Rubinho Abreu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bruno Carli in the 56th minute. Rubinho Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Mouton in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorival Fontes in the 59th minute of play forced Tours Football Club's goalkeeper Christian Pradelles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tours Football Club's Christian Pradelles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorival Fontes in the 68th minute of play. Christian Pradelles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcel Viana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dorival Fontes scored 5-1 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christian Pradelles, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Reinaldo Ferraz kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Rubinho Abreu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maxence Lefranc in the 80th minute. The audience was convinced that Reinaldo Ferraz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christian Pradelles was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Marcel Viana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christian Pradelles having to make a save. 92 minutes into the match, Dorival Fontes notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Tours Football Club's Christian Pradelles. Christian Pradelles was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. ADM Taquaras's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
