Daniel Winnicki who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Gregory Shearn when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The KS LEW Chorzów fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when KS LEW Chorzów's Daniel Winnicki looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Boroondara Milan's Bart Woods managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Zdzislaw Waselewicz in the 15 minute of the game. Gregory Shearn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucjan Nowacki in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute, Murphey Muggleton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, KS LEW Chorzów's Witalis Blochowiak got a free kick in the 19th minute. Murphey Muggleton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zachary Pracki having to interfere. Bernard Dlugi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gregory Shearn having to make a save. Zachary Pracki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jordon Czaczka, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Gregory Shearn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucjan Nowacki in the 27th minute. In the 34th minute George Hollingworth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachary Pracki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Drake Couzens during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 36th minute, Drake Couzens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jordon Czaczka stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. KS LEW Chorzów's Zachary Pracki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Hollingworth in the 54th minute of play. KS LEW Chorzów were furious when Witalis Watarz was red carded, 59 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. When the match had been going on for 60 minutes, Boroondara Milan's George Hollingworth got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Zachary Pracki. Stefan Hodyl scored 3-2 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gregory Shearn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 67 played minutes KS LEW Chorzów got a freekick which was hit by Witalis Blochowiak. 72 minutes into the match, Stefan Hodyl had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gregory Shearn. Boroondara Milan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stefan Hodyl was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Boroondara Milan were furious when Hale Trevena was red carded, 76 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Boroondara Milan fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 75th minute. Penalty! Stefan Hodyl scored 6-2 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gregory Shearn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
