With an all-out effort, Paso FC's Gregory Shearn threw himself towards the right post 5 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Isidro Txerran, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 9th minute Isidro Txerran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregory Shearn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Boroondara Milan's goal looked a bit too open when Isidro Txerran came free, but Gregory Shearn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Paso FC's Bernardo Gelacio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gregory Shearn. That made the score 1-0 after 15 minutes of play. In the 18th minute Bernardo Gelacio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregory Shearn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 minutes, Rudy Petty mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boroondara Milan and the Paso FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 19 minutes into the match, Boroondara Milan's goalkeeper Gregory Shearn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidro Txerran. Gregory Shearn made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Denis Guerrero sent off a good shot on target. In the 26th minute Geronimo Sanchez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregory Shearn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Boroondara Milan getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Jordon Czaczka hit a great ball. Denis Guerrero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Gregory Shearn made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amador Cedro in the 36th minute of play forced Boroondara Milan's goalkeeper Gregory Shearn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Boroondara Milan defense, Denis Guerrero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gregory Shearn. The Boroondara Milan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gregory Shearn should have stopped the shot. Boroondara Milan's Gregory Shearn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidro Txerran in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Paso FC's Isidro Txerran dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isidro Txerran to strike the kick off in the second half. Gregory Shearn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Guerrero in the 54th minute of the match. Gregory Shearn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Txerran in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Boroondara Milan's Drake Boneheyo got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 63rd match minute, Boroondara Milan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nilson Pfingst to maneuver through the defense. Isidro Txerran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the match, Bernardo Gelacio notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Boroondara Milan's Gregory Shearn. Gregory Shearn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gregory Shearn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Gelacio in the 82nd minute of play. In the 86th minute, Boroondara Milan's Nilson Pfingst seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Nilson Pfingst the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Boroondara Milan protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Nilson Pfingst had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 86 minutes into the game, one of Boroondara Milan:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Dalmacio Delfino shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Denis Guerrero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gregory Shearn came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Paso FC's Isidro Txerran. But to his dismay, Isidro Txerran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. There was no doubt that Paso FC were the better team. Paso FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
