In the 10th minute, Aron Mitruț hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 11 minutes, Jan Plech mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Sójcze and the FC Cosula-BTF- players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alin Bucur hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Ksawery Frodyma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olimpiu Teodorescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Jerzy Kiepski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilie Brumaru having to interfere. Ksawery Frodyma stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olimpiu Teodorescu's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. The supporters of FC Cosula-BTF- booed when FC Sójcze was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boruc Kisiel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olimpiu Teodorescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, FC Sójcze's Ksawery Frodyma got control of the ball when Ciprian Gaiță tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ilie Brumaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerzy Kiepski, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The supporters of FC Sójcze booed when FC Cosula-BTF- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciprian Gaiță didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After a defensive mix-up in FC Sójcze's zone, Olimpiu Teodorescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ksawery Frodyma came out of the goal and Olimpiu Teodorescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 54 minutes into the match, FC Sójcze's goal looked a bit too open when Ciprian Gaiță came free, but Ksawery Frodyma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Cosula-BTF-'s Ilie Brumaru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save FC Cosula-BTF- from getting a goal against them. After 66 minutes, Teofil Weyna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Sójcze and the FC Cosula-BTF- players grew even worse after the yellow card. Teofil Weyna kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. If Olimpiu Teodorescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When FC Cosula-BTF-'s Olimpiu Teodorescu in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Sójcze's goalie prevented a goal. Ksawery Frodyma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olimpiu Teodorescu in the 72nd minute of play. In the 78th minute, Olimpiu Teodorescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Cosula-BTF- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Ksawery Frodyma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciprian Gaiță, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Olimpiu Teodorescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Cosula-BTF-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Olimpiu Teodorescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ksawery Frodyma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When FC Cosula-BTF-'s Olimpiu Teodorescu in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Sójcze's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to FC Cosula-BTF- getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Alin Bucur hit a great ball. FC Cosula-BTF-'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
