After 21 played minutes Imbituba - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Juarês Antunes. 22 minutes into the match, FC Kiepurowo's Herbert Mietus broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Luiz Fábio Hermes came free with the goalkeeper in the 28th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mariusz Kosakowski could save by the left post. After 29 minutes, Luiz Fábio Hermes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Imbituba - FSCMZ and the FC Kiepurowo players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Imbituba - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Luiz Fábio Hermes hit a great ball. FC Kiepurowo's Fabian Zawacki got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jailson Figueiredo's late challenge caught a FC Kiepurowo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jailson Figueiredo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Imbituba - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Jailson Figueiredo hit a great ball. In the 45th minute, one of FC Kiepurowo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Kiepurowo.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joélson Madureira to make the kick off. Luiz Fábio Hermes scored 2-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mariusz Kosakowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of FC Kiepurowo booed when Imbituba - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jailson Figueiredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Kiepurowo's Mariusz Kosakowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joélson Madureira in the 67th minute of play. Imbituba - FSCMZ's Luiz Fábio Hermes got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luiz Fábio Hermes in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mariusz Kosakowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 77 minutes, Joélson Madureira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Imbituba - FSCMZ and the FC Kiepurowo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th match minute, Imbituba - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joélson Madureira to maneuver through the defense. Mariusz Kosakowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Fábio Hermes, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. FC Kiepurowo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
