With a little luck, La Zabaleta's Feliberto Bittor got control of the ball when Lobo Idiaquez tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to La Zabaleta getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Zacarias Herauso hit a great ball. Feliberto Bittor made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Mitxel Pedraza sent off a good shot on target. Mitxel Pedraza who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Feliberto Bittor when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Feliberto Bittor was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Zabal Incera capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zabal Incera really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Thanks to some nice moves Mitxel Pedraza could shoot a difficult shot in the 32nd minute, which Feliberto Bittor however easily saved by the left post. La Zabaleta's Feliberto Bittor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save La Zabaleta from getting a goal against them. With his leg Feliberto Bittor managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when Picanya FC's Mitxel Pedraza fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tito Cifuentes scored 3-0 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Feliberto Bittor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Feliberto Bittor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mitxel Pedraza went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zacarias Herauso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. There was no doubt that Picanya FC were the better team. Picanya FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
